“We like this Motel having stayed previously and will stay again. However, this time we arrived after hours on a public holiday. We looked forward to making a cup of tea but had no milk. We had a friendly text message from Peta earlier in the day advising of our unit number and key location. It was a surprise to read of their “Contactless Protocols” indicating no contact with staff available 😧”

“We liked everything about our stay, it was very clean and comfortable. The room had everything needed to make our stay super comfortable, it was roomy and felt like home. Reception was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant was closed but room service was available and our dinner was delicious. We’d love to visit again. ”

“The toilet roll is not in full but only half which is unexpected. No body wash provided. The facial tissue is in the box fixed in the toilet and not movable. No blanket on the bed.”

“when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good……

“Simple but good. We had the larger apartment with 2 bedrooms and there was plenty of beds. I checked the sheets (I always do), and they were clean. ”

“On check in Gabin was courteous and helpful. He had even sent a message earlier in the day just to clarify our arrival time. The hotel was clean and quiet even though plenty of rooms were occupied. We couldn’t hear any street noise. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Parking was not an issue. The location made for easy access to shops and the motorway.”

“Staff n service excellent. Food was delivered quickly and portions were on point. We dined in and had room service delivery, both times service was excellent. Housekeeping team were very friendly and my g/ daughters stuffed toys were nicely placed after our room was serviced each day.”
