“Very nice and comfortable property outfitted perfectly for our trip. Will book again.”

“Overall the cabin was clean in regards to sheets, dishes and towels, but there is definitely a fly problem. There were dead flies dropping from the ceiling, piles of flies under the bar that locks one of the doors and a swarm alive inside. While I understand this is the mountains I have stayed in many cabins in the area without this issue. There are "because it's mountains" amount of flies and there are "infestation flies" this was beyond mountains amount. The amenities list wireless and TV even……

“There were 8 of us. Plenty of actual beds and bathrooms! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils & dishes. Everything was clean. Checkout & check-in had accurate & easy to follow directions. The pictures are accurate. The sunrise & sunset was spectacular.”

“Very quiet and beautiful place”

“If your looking to trail ride Ouachita atv trails this place is literally smack dab in the middle of them. Be sure to haul in whatever you might need because it is a good 45 minute drive on the main atv trail back to the highway toward Hochatown. Once a again really isolated but that is what we loved about it.”

“The house was even more beautiful than the photos. The whole property is very accommodating! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked! Missy provided information and directions before the trip. It can get tricky driving to remote areas but, the directions were perfect! We enjoyed are stay very much and hopefully can return soon!”

“We love Thanksgiving Acers! This is our 2nd stay and it was absolutely perfect! Beautiful property to explore. Hot tub, fire pit, tree house, trails, inside/outside games, you name it! “I had only one concern but not with the cabin that I will discuss with the host”

“Very secluded quiet area middle of no where. But not to far from everything you need. Sxs and 4 wheeler trails. You can ride to them from the house. Plenty of room for a large group if needed. If u want to just get away this is your place. Plenty of yard to park trucks and trailers. Plus the price was not that bad as well. My group will be returning for another visit.”
