“Absolutely the BEST Glamping experience one could ask for! High quality tent, beautiful site, clean and perfectly decorated. Truly, all you need is a backpack of clothes and a few groceries! Host Adrian has thought of it all! Hot shower, gas stove, bbq grill, firewood, kayak, lanterns, fridge and cooler, amazing fire pit, pots/pans, etc!! Adrian is kind, extremely knowledgeable and such an amazing host!! Communication is perfect and his property is spotless! A great deal of time, money, energy……

“Property was great everything we needed fire pit / creek side awesome / Outdoor seating relaxing / great location to Gatlinburg turn right before entering heavy congestion / Couple of Negatives: No Shower water pressure to low you have to walk to shower house for shower Sheets for the pullout beds there were none we used blankets top and bottom No heat on furnace we used fire place which kept the front room warm No WIFI which is not a bad thing just need to know”

“Everything here is as described BUT you cannot walk to town. That statement in the description is mis-leading because the road is steep & curvy. This property is exactly what we were looking for — IN the area, with views & no worries how to get anywhere.”

“We loved this place! They had games, fire pit, the tent actually stayed cool in 93 degree weather! This place would be awesome in the Fall! The tent hardly moved during a huge thunderstorm! Only one negative… it’s super close to two major roads in Wears Valley. The noise can be a little rough, but it did calm down at night. Then on Tuesday at 2:50 AM … the trash truck came to empty the dumpster. If you can handle a little road noise then this place is perfect!”

“A few small glitches and adjustments. A/C n heater was not clearly easy to figure out. No written info available. Not used to having to call about things that require assistance. Shower in camper was not adequate, but main building shower was accessible and a better choice. Good food was close by for walking. Better choice for being close to venues than closer to the city. Parking right outside the Airstream was good, even during weekend when recording studio was occupied. We did enjoy being……

“It was a little cold to but owner had a fire space heater ready for us. Cabins are perfect. We are already taking about planning another trip!!”

“I've stayed at this property multiple times, but this is the first time I booked it myself. It was so easy to reserve, and everything was ready as soon as my boyfriend and I arrived. The property manager is very friendly. The only issue that took place was a couple wasps in the outdoor bathroom, but they were dealt with within 10 minutes of messaging the host. The host was very communicative about other events taking place on the property, but I never felt like our privacy or stay was……

“We booked the Glamping tent on a whim just a few days before our trip. I am so thankful that we did. The property is gorgeous, the tent amazing, bathrooms spotless, lodge incredible. The owners are wonderful if you get the chance to hang with them. Our kids and dog throughly enjoyed the experience. I would 10/10 stay there again. ”

“The truth is we not comfortable, I have a phobia of flogs and there are a lot of them the rain did not allow us to have dinner and there is no table to put food so 4 people went to sleep in the truck because there was no bed for them a lot mosquitoes”

“Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. Excellent glamping experience and the hosts are very professional. Cons: the unit was not very clean - we had to move the dust bin because the plugs for the coffee machine was located behind it. It was filthy behind the dust bin. The dog crate was not cleaned (keep the current contagious dog illness which is on the news in mind), all the furniture were full of dog hair also. The barbeque was not cleaned. The shower was not clean There is no toilet brush.……
