“1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange……

“This was a nice place to stay. However it was off the beaten path when I was traveling up that way, but getting back on track was easy. The room was nice and they did have an elevator! The only thing was to be sure to check the room for instructions on how to get the shower working! I couldn't figure it out as I was not aware of the instructions. Not a deal breaker as I spoke to the reception and she was very helpful and pleasant.”

“The price was fantastic and the room was clean. The shampoo had a strong chlorine smell & they had no conditioner, so I'd recommend bringing your own. Overall, I felt like it was a great value.”

The only thing I would have liked would be a kettle in the room and, maybe, a fridge but mainly the kettle. We were perfectly happy there - it served our purposes.”

“Staff were very nice. Outside area had a lot of construction and appeared maybe a bit run down, but the room was really clean. It was quiet, no issues with people outside the room or loud neighbors. Nice to be able to park right in front of the room door. Fast check in and check out. Heads up, Expedia customers have to pay a $75 cash deposit, but at check out it was fast and got it right back. ”
