“The hote was spotless. The staff was very peasent and accompdating on every level. We had 24 in our group and everyone enjoyed their stay.”

“The breakfast was excellent, shuttle service great, and the staff courteous. However, we had a non-working fridge for 2 days before it was replaced, the pool was being repaired so it couldn't be used, there was nothing available around the area, and although our room was non smoking the room next to ours wasn't and the smoke permeated our room every night causing our allergies to flair up and not allowing us to get a good night's sleep.”

“Perfect location for a night out in Cincinnati. Walked to the restaurants and bars at The Banks. Easy access to hotel, efficient valet parking, comfortable room. ”

“Stay was great! Nice hotel. Liked the early check in time and later check out time. Only complaint was that there was a full pack of beef jerky left from previous stayers that was overlooked by cleaning staff. We didn’t complain because the rest of the room was very clean and neat. An oversight is acceptable. Clean bathroom and bedding is more important. Overall, excellent stay for a Reds game! ”

“The signs for the hotel ( courtyard Marriott) were not visible from Vine street so we went right past the hotel and it’s so close to the Westin people get it confused with the Marriott. Upgrade the signage on 4th and vine and make the parking situation with valet only apparent when you make the reservation ”

“Overall the hotel was nice and the customer service was great. It was conveniently located in a nice area of Florence. We felt very safe. It was 20 minutes from the Cincinnati Zoo, 20 minutes from the Creation Museum, and 30 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Two small improvements could be made. There needs to be more seating during breakfast. The room could have been a bit more clean. The table that pulled out from under the counter was visibly dirty. Although the shower was more clean……
