“Service was horrible, room was never cleaned during our 3-day stay, we saw roaches, toilet kept stopping up, there was no ice machine in the common error, no iron and ironing board in the room, no coffee maker in the room, not enough pillows on the bed, manager was always missing from the front area, urine in the elevator, and there appeared to be illegal activity going on.”
