The only bad things are 1) parking is extra if there are no open spots up front which isn’t disclosed 2) there is a $66 dollar charge they add that isn’t included on Expedia. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. They also sent a ton of texts with notifications and also the property manager texting for updates way too often it felt like they were overwhelming. ”

“The property was super cute and functional for the size, perfect place to walk to Belmont park and the surrounding area with your loved one. Parking does suck but doable with a little patience. It's definitely a bustling corner but once it was Netflix & chill time, you couldn't hear the nightlife. We would absolutely stay again!”

As at least one other reviewer mentioned, there was significant road noise, which was sometimes distracting.
