“This is a pretty special property. The views are incredible, the home is cozy and well-maintained, and the property is located just 5 minutes from downtown Tupper Lake and 25 minutes to Saranac Lake (we spent time in both)! I fished both full days we were there. I launched from the property with my fishing kayak one day. My wife used one of the provided kayaks one day. The second day I launched about 1.25 miles up the road at a DEC boat launch. We had a great time and I highly recommend.”

“This place was the most peaceful and tranquil place we have ever stayed in our life. We were worry free and relaxed our whole stay. The place was clean, warm, and extremely comfortable. The nature surrounding it was perfection, from the many animals and unique birds you hear, the creek right along side the place, surrounding pines, the wooden swing, camp fire, chairs, front porch, and relaxing back porch facing the woods, to the interior decor. We had been looking forward to the trip for a year, and were very happy with this home - it was very comfortable for our family that included an infant and a toddler, as well as 8 adults. “My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The location was good, 20 mins or less to Saranac, about 30 or so mins to Lake Placid mirror lake. The house was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable, heating was more than adequate. The yard and lake access was fun. “The apartment is beautifully managed. It is very cozy indeed. The owner maintained communication with us constantly when needed and his response was on time. Nothing to criticize on the apartment it is really perfect. You can just sign into your own Netflix and spent time with your love ones. “It was cold during our stay and being right on top of the water there was a very large temperature gradient from the floor to ceiling. We had an infant sleeping in a pack n play on the floor and so it was necessary to blow a fan and move the air. The temp at the floor on our baby monitor was reading 61 while the heat in the room was set to 77. So be aware if you have an infant. Additionally the floor was bowing and popping up in many places. Likely due to extreme temperature swings or humidity.……
