"AtWater Hotel is fantastic! Their staff is super nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to resolve any issue for us. We showed up at the property one day prior due to our travel plan change last minute. Instead of turning us away, they looked up the system and tried their best to accommodate the changer. I can’t express my deepest gratitude for the effort. They are patient and helpful and professional. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and upscale. The location is very convenient too. I’d stay at this hotel for all my future visits at Catalina and I’ll absolutely recommend this place to all my friends and family!!"

"Great location, clean room, decent size, safe, quiet, private. Service was good but the storage hold had limited hours and when I came back for my bag at 1:20pm, no one was around to retrieve it. Called the number on the door, no answer. Sign said someone would return at 1:30 but it wasn’t until almost 1:45. A little tight for my 2:15pm ferry but I ended up boarding as one of the last passengers, couldn’t sit with my group though. "

"This is a nice place… just be ready to walk up and down the hills to get to the beach , restaurants etc "

"Everyone and everything was perfect besides one staff member lady at the front desk. This being my favorite location have stayed here many times, she made the location feel less likable. Tried calling front desk for room booking information and she hung up and me and when I tried calling back she declined my calls several times"
