“This was such a wonderful house! Close to downtown, the view is stunning !!! The golf cart was a must! Full kitchen and plenty of space! I am so glad you chose this house over a hotel. We will definitely stay here again!”

“The home was clean and well maintained. It's not a huge home but it was more than ample for 6 adults. Everything worked without exception. The kitchen had everything needed for any type of meal. Vons is just a block away and the board walk just a couple more blocks. The owner Amy is congenial and helpful. For the cost we believe it's the best deal in town.”

“My family traveled to Catalina on the tail end of a long vacation. The charm of this house is one of a kind and the location was absolutely perfect! We did not cook but if we did it had everything needed to do so. The beds were so comfortable with grey linens and warm blankets. We relaxed in the evenings watching tv in the living room after fun filled adventures on the island. I’ve already began planning our next stay, hoping it’s available.”

“The place is modern, gorgeous and comfortable. We stayed when it was pouring rain and could not have had a better time. Each room is better than the next and the kitchen was fully stocked. The fireplace does not work, but when we brought that to the attention of the management company, they replied immediately and we were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!”

“Gale warnings on Sunday cancelled all boats. The landlord gave us a 50% discount on the VRBO listing for the extra night. A definite comebacker. Puzzles, videos, books, Oven and full size refrigerator. Easy walking distance to shuttles, Vons and beach. Recommend Highly. Watch for email from owner requesting credit card to get lockbox number. Small snag. our fault.”

“Amazing location! The property was exactly what was stated on the listing.. Beautiful view! Very spacious. Coffee in the morning on the balcony overlooking the ocean was a plus! Everything about this property was EXCELLENT! The Golf Cart is a definite bonus! The only downer was that there was excess amount of long Blonde Hair on the bed. My wife is a Brunette… Housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning! I’m a planner and I reached out to our Host Chela Hernandez multiple times via email……

“Definitely a great view! Your able to ride around town with the cart that comes with it. No Netflix, no good channels to do a movie night in December. Needs a deep clean. We found a mask under the bed and spider cobs around the home. Love how they have extra blankets everywhere. Will still come back :)”

“We stayed 4 nights. The view from patio was the best. Kitchen is well stocked and top of the line appliances. Lots of space for families/couples. TV upstairs and downstairs is great for families with kids. Short walk to downtown area. Up hill walk home but definitely worth the view.”
