"Brilliant hotel, service and hospitality is a different level- better than any other hotel we have stayed at. Rooms and food is excellent as well as best spa. Only thing I would say, is taps are not mixer taps so difficult to adjust water temperature. Other than that best hotel ever stayed at well worth it. And worth the upgrade for the the semi private pool. "

We stayed at Trident Udaipur during end of march for 4 days, there were few hickups that were outside staff control , however they did their best to make our stay conformable and memorable. Special mention for their manager Urvi Mahajan .. she was always their for the guest .. Amazing service .. Keep it up .. "there is a rooftop restaurant which is very convenient. the room was spacious. however the main problem we had was with the staff. the front of house is great and helped us a lot to secure taxis to our other destination however the room service staff kept entering our room at any time (happened) three times without knocking and waiting for us to open the door. as a group of three girls that made us feel very unsafe and weird. we made sure to lock the door properly after that. other than that...

"This is a beautiful hotel on the mountain side with great views. This hotel will place you in a setting reminiscent of traditional upscale royal Indian living with architecture right out of an old Hindi movie. I loved the infinity edge pool. They offered many activity options to include a nostalgic classic car ride to a sunset dinner. I give them 2 rating for the dinner bcuz they failed to meet the sunset time. Otherwise this is plus hotel to stay at."
