“AC unit was very noisy and I had to have maintenance come and fix it. The fix was temporary as the next day it was back to being loud. I did not attempt to call again so I improvised by turning the unit on & off when the room got cold.”

“This property is a good example of compromise. It is a good balance of value for the money, not brand new but not old and run down, spacious and clean but not extravagant. I would definitely stay here again. I only have one very specific complaint that probably sounds silly. The entire bathroom area, comprised of a shower and toilet room and a sink room, has only one towel hook. It is behind the door of the toilet/shower room. Want to hang a hand towel by the sink? Too bad. Have more than two……

“We were traveling with our 2-year old grandson for a trip to Busch Gardens and had a wonderful stay! The pool was amazing, clean and warm. The location was perfect with Starbucks right across the parking lot, Busch Gardens was 10 minutes away and plenty of stores and restaurants. Last but not least the staff was amazing!! ”

“It’s very dirty, we have a dirty sheet, floor is dirty, and there are hairs on the hair dryer. The front desk gave us a clean sheet and ask us to change it ourselves because they don’t have enough people (even the employee at the front desk is very polite and friendly) would not recommend ”
