“Amazing stay, convenient to downtown shops and dining. Self serve from beginning to end. Sharing the Bathroom wasn’t an issue or an inconvenience . On street parking was safe. There a a carport to with charging capacity for EVs. Continental breakfast was fresh and delightful. Game room, gardens and full kitchen at the guest disposal. All rooms lock with a code for extra security. Street noise was quiet after 10 pm and before 6am. Hostess responsive to texts; price was competitive and yet……

“The apartment was clean and neat. It felt like a secluded retreat from the world.(although you can hear I-81a little in the otherwise quiet surroundings) The bed, sheets and pillows were the softest I’ve ever slept on. I will definitely consider this location if I come to the area again.”

“My wife and I stayed one night at the Hay Loft, for a short get away to celebrate our recent marriage. Kim responded instantly with recommendations and suggestions on places to visit within the area which surly further enhanced our stay. Upon arrival to their beautiful property, we were welcomed with open arms from Kim, Jerry and their two friendly pups Tedder & Grover! The Hay Loft provided a breathtaking view of the country side and front row seat of the sun rising over the mountains. The Loft……

“Jenny was an amazing host who was available for us throughout our stay. She made everything just perfect and even left a "Congratulations" balloon for us. The property is amazing and incredibly serene. The inside is as clean and inviting as it seems in the pictures. We will definitely be back.”

“Stayed here while looking for a place for our son in Alexandria, which was about 45 minutes away by car with traffic, but this place is well worth the drive since it is a beautifully appointed unit above the owner's 2nd garage and an exclusive neighborhood in Manases. Monica and David, the owners, were great! Highly recommend!”

“Really disappointed. The house looks nice on the outside but on the inside, there was serious need of cleaning and upgrade. We rented the guest house since there were 3 of us. Very outdated and dirty. The comforter not clean. The second bed was the pull out sofa. The host later brought a pile of linens as if just out of the dryer for the bed…not folded and not made up before we arrived. The worst part was a very strong must odor. Smelled moldy. We just couldn’t get comfortable. Moldiness makes……

“We were here for our daughter's college graduation. Me and my husband + my father from LA stayed here and it was just perfect. Extremely clean, beautiful and well built/decorated, very comfortable, and incredible and responsive hosts. I just wish we had found it years ago and we never would have stayed in a hotel!
