“I was very impressed with this hotel. Great lobby, great pool, great rooms. My only complaint was the service at the coffee bar in the lobby. There was one worker and he was busy in the back preparing for an event. I had to wait up to 5-10 mins for him to serve me. He was very nice and it wasn’t his fault but they should had another server to reduce the wait.”

“The event was nicely done on Saturday. Love the mansion. Drinks were very difficult to get, longs lines, not enough staff or areas to get a drink. There was a very crabby man who seemed to be in charge. He was appropriate and keeping order but could have been much more personable and friendly. He was very rude. ”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”
