“Overall the property met our needs. Location was great and easy to find. We went in the fall so we didn’t utilize the outdoor amenities but they looked nice. The only suggestion I would make would be to tweak the communication about the rules related to the property. While I understand the need to establish clear communication it came across as not very welcoming.”

“Stop looking and start booking this perfect property!! Communication with the host was top notch the entire time - we really appreciated the suggestions when the weather didn't cooperate! We were riding bikes through Peninsula State Park within 15 minutes of arrival, thanks to the fantastic location. Loved being able to walk to dinner and shops too!! The home had everything we needed...and more!! Every bed/pillow was extremely comfortable...which really helps make the vacation more enjoyable.……

“Just as pictured. Awesome Walkable location, avoided construction on 42 south of fish creek. MBR bed was comfortable, 2 BR bed was a little too soft for our taste. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and appliances all work well. Fireplace was great. Living room furniture was a little worn out and should probably be replaced soon, but was still on par for what we’ve seen in comparable short term rental units. Price was reasonable, especially for Memorial Day weekend.”

“We had a memorial day weekend trip with the family. The place was located just off the busy area of Fish Creek so it was easy to get in and out and find parking. The apartment itself is very clean and and colorfully decorated. There’s even a basket of sundries on the kitchen counter in case you forgot anything. I spoke with the owner the next morning after check-in and she offered to help out with anything we needed and was a very gracious host. Would definitely try and stay here again when we……

“We stayed at this cottage for my door county half marathon. Was a great location right next to peninsula state park. Cottage was very clean and cosy. My 3 year old loved going to the fish creek beach. Overall excellent stay!”

“We really enjoyed our visit! It was nice to have our own little condo to stay in and the grounds were lush green. The unit was just as pictured/described, except for the fact that the fireplace wasn't working (disappointing!) and it took a little communication to actually confirm that fact. We found everything we needed for cooking, etc. Hide-a-bed was not amazing comfort but the twin roll away mattress was nice and thick! “This condo is one of the best places to stay in Fish Creek. It’s within walking distance to everything in Fish Creek. The condo had been recently renovated before we arrived and was beautifully decorated. We had an easy access to a beautiful walking trail, and because the weather was perfect, we walked every day. Derek, the property manager, was very prompt to any issues or questions we had. We highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Door County.”

“Perfect location… quiet community”

“Arrived on a hot day in May. Air conditioner was not set up for use. Many fans in unit so owners knew there was a problem. Main bedroom windows could not be opened. Very stuffy all night long. Microwave in a closet with no outlet. To use needed to take out. Not enough light at beds. Checkout directions asked us to put linens and towels on washing machine. There was no washing machine in unit. Would have liked instructions for tv and fan remotes. Would have appreciated a binder with suggestions……

“This is a older resort but well maintained. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. our room had a whirlpool tub, fireplace, kitchenette with toaster, coffee maker and dishes, and a large balcony. We hope to return in the fall.”
