Waterloo RV Parks 2024

"after reading negative views about the property i was concerned about what to expect when i arrived. it did not take long to dismiss my concerns. the room i was given had been remodeled. no carpets. there were signs all over warning of repairs in progress. anytime i needed information or requested assistance, the staff responded immediately. i have only one problem. when we are told that breakfast is available, i expect more than a muffin and a cup of coffee. people should know in advance what is actually available. if it is a "continental" breakfast, then say so. you shouldnt let them believe they are getting a meal. also, i would hope that an option would be available for diabetics, but i wouldnt expect it. "

"I always stay at this hotel. Reasonably priced, easy to find. *I was a little upset about the No contact check in - I have never done this so it took awhile. Next time I will know. Like I stated, have stayed here 3 times in the past. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. NO Riffraff, it's quiet. I arrive between 6 & 8 PM, I leave by 5AM so I cannot tell you anything about morning coffee etc. "
