“Very clean and exactly as described”

“Great location for the water park, hikes and down town. Lots of games and fun things to do in the villa. You need to bring everything- shampoo, soap etc do come prepared even if for one night!”

“This was a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, all furnishings in great condition and everything was clean. We especially liked the comfy king bed in one of the bedrooms. I give it an A rating.”

“The property is gorgeous! The birds are abundant. In this particular location we were able to see deer in the woods in the morning and again at dusk. We had quiet a few hummingbird visits too. Nice and close to Starved Rock and the towns center. The owner was generous enough to provide water and muffins with a personal note. It was a really nice touch. On the flip side, we had to clean the hot tub and the comforter before we could use them. Both were not at their best. Also note the original……

“Clean, looks just like picture. Easy to get to. Calm quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from Kroger grocery store and main road with eateries. The Salt Tree Yoga Spa Ottawa is so close to this home, so we got our spa on, grabbed some groceries, and chilled out at a home away from home:). Bare minimum supplies but got the job done for dinner, snacks, and breakfast. Would definitely come back.”

“Awesome stay”

“We enjoyed the peacefulness and seclusion of the house out in the country. It was a short drive over to Starved Rock and we even made a drive into a grocery store in LaSalle which was about 20 min away. We had a hard time getting the lock to open when getting in and with the heat but the owner was very quick to respond and resolve issues. He was kind and was understanding to our needs. Know that if you’re bringing children there’s only one bedroom with a door; the other is just partitioned off……

“We had a great night staying at Hilton hotel. We didn’t encounter any issues. Our room was clean, bed and linens smell fresh. Overall experience was good!”

“The hotel is close to the highway for ease of finding it. Lots of places to eat in the area. Our shower didn't have a lot of pressure but was definitely hot enough ( no temperature issues) Hot tub was down. It would have felt awesome after our days of hiking. Would definitely stay again if in the area.”
