“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. “The motel showed some signs of more modern aesthetics that may be a few years old so it did not give off "outdated" vibes. My only qualms might be that in the bathroom the faux wooden flooring had a spongy feeling to it as it is evident the panels have come up in the majority of places. We spotted a few ants in the bathroom, on the nightstand and on one of the beds. Not a major concern as they were non-existent after those three sightings on the first night. “The worst hotel I have ever stayed, please avoid. Some staff were rude, told me to pick up my towels from the front desk after I complained that my room was not cleaned, and said 'it is a courtesy from them to bring any amenities to the hotel guests'. I stayed there for almost a week, yet my room was never cleaned even when I requested room cleaning service. I also saw some ants in my room. Disgusting”
