“Our family of 4 stayed comfortably. Towels and sheets were well stocked. We loved walking across to the beach. Our 10 year old could take our 5 year old. We biked on street and sidewalks to downtown Milford, public library, playground. We loved Pennys used books. It was such a relaxing trip and we will be back to stay at Susana's lovely place.”

“John was a fantastic host - his home was the perfect solution for us for a few days while we were in the process of moving to the area and our home wasn't ready yet. Great communication with us prior to check-in, very responsive to our questions and needs at the beginning and throughout our stay. Home is as pictured in the photos with very nice touches throughout. Washer/dryer and dishwasher in great working condition. Location super close to Scotts Corners where there are nice local……

“Everything was easy and fine at the space. I had to stay for family reasons - so "location" was the most important factor to me. The worst thing in the unit is that the spiral stair is narrow - and a fat person or person with bad knees is NOT going to be using that stairwell easily. Otherwise, the unit had everything I needed and was perfectly appointed for an easy weekend stay. Enjoy!”

“Gerard prioritizes guest comfort and is an excellent communicator. The Westport Studio is our second stay at one of his quality properties, the other was in Mystic Connecticut. We look forward to exploring more of his Great Gull, New England properties during our next trip along the East Coast. The Westport Studio, Old Mill and the Mystic School House, are well-equipped for eating in, the beds comfortable and the linens are high-quality. It is such a pleasure when a host takes care to provide……
