“Our stay was superb. The hosts, Lindy and David were very friendly, interesting conversationalists who provided nice touches like a bottle of champagne, delicious cheese plate with accompanying nuts, dried apricots and crackers and very enticing pinot noir and chardonnay options for pre dinner. Breakfast was hearty and fresh and wandering through the gardens in early autumn was good for the soul. We will return again - and book all 4 spacious rooms for a weekend away with friends. Thank you……

“The room is small and not user friendly. The main hotel entrance is very dirty & dusty because of unpaved road. The quality of breakfast is not good, very limited choice in food. The standard room rate is a bit high with AUD450 per night. ”

“Very clean, very new facilities. The opening hours of washing room should be extended.”

“Staff were helpful, room was clean and quiet. And they did allow us an extra hour to check out even though we did not ask for it. Will use them again soon.”

“We found the “Cubby” to be roomy, well appointed, clean and quiet. The hot water was instant with the shower having a great shower head and water pressure. The bed was super comfy (no sore backs ). Our only reservation was that the online info didn’t state it was behind the owners house and that it was not visible from the street. We had arrived after dark and found locating it difficult. More information on accessing the property would have been useful.”

“There’s no bath tub at room. However I remember the website photo shiw there is. Also with heat pool but pool was closed.”

“Amazing accommodation in the heart of Wollongong, everything was lovely and clean, the beds were soft and the staff are very pleasant. Definitely value for money, and I would stay there again.”
