“It was absolutely fantastic, enjoyed the spa too. Clean room, polite staff and amazing location, green goodness everywhere and a nice garden. Only downside is that they only had complimentary cookies on Friday at the reception. 😇”

“We stayed there for our Alton Tower trip. The room we stayed was like a motel style which was great for loading/unloading bags. The facility was old but house keeping was very good and members of staffs were very friendly and helpful. 10-15min by car from Alton Tower was great. If we go back to Alton Tower, we will stay here again. ”

“Everything about our one night stay was perfect. The location and views were great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Evening meal in bar was great as was breakfast in morning. Bedroom overlooked hills and was comfy and spacious. ”

Only criticisms were the pump / boiler / macerator / mechanical device that was ‘kicking in’ each hour or so for a couple of minutes (felt like we were on top of it) and Biffa collecting the glass recycling at 05:30 on a Bank Holiday Monday morning…😣”

“Hotel was great although there were a few cobwebs in the room and bathroom . Room was ample size comfy bed and staff were amazing . Very friendly and helpful , grounds were beautiful and scenery . A wedding party was on both nights be this did not impact on our stay not noisy at all .”
