"Great location right beside the metro and a shopping strip mall. We stayed in family room 411 and the internet rarely worked. They tried resetting the modem, but that didn’t help. . They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "

Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. They were vastly different in cleanliness, condition, and amenities. Cleanliness on the whole wasn't great, but our second place really made the first look like a palace.
