"Apart from two days of hot water running not so hot, so having taken two semi-cold shower, the place was good for someone not so sensitive to noises. Agreeing with the other reviews, you do hear people nextdoor talking clearly. The water pressure and water temperature need quite an improvement. Other than that, staff was friendly, checkout was a breeze. They do charge $50 per night as incidental deposits, in case it's not been mentioned. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. The location and staff were excellent. The amenities like free water for refilling, the free breakfast, the microwave and utensils were all really convenient. I would definitely stay again. My only issue were that the pillows were bad, typical hotel deflated feather pillows. "

"Great area of Portland and near OHSU and Portland State. Quiet area also just wish there was a full serve restaurant. A bar and bar food is available."

"Air conditioner didn’t work. They did put us in a new room. The air conditioning worked there but not well. Had to pay for parking. It was expensive. I also had an animal. They charge $75 extra. Much more expensive than most hotels. Kind of feel ripped off with all the EXTRA charges for one night. "

"Almost everything was great as described in other reviews. The only thing that sticks out like a sore thumb is that all of their towels had a long hair in it. Even the replacement towels had that issue. Apart from that everything was clean. The made to order breakfast was amazing."

"Staff was nice, bed was pretty comfortable. I liked that there wasn’t those typical hotel toiletries they have actual bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Other guests weren’t loud or bothersome which was nice since we had our 4month old with us. Breakfast was very good and a nice selection. "
