"Good room for the center of London, but a lot smaller than I expected. You had to walk sideways between the end of the bed and the wall, which had the tv mounted to it, which meant you either kept bumping into the tv or had to duck, using the bed to prevent falling over. No shaver socket to run US equipment from. Sadly, my partner put her curling iron (tongs) into an adaptor and now it’s toast. "

"Very comfortable and clean rooms and good service, but doesn’t include any water or minibar items in the rooms. A pen and notebook also isn’t available if visitors need to work in the room. There isn’t a door stop to hold the door for the rooms, so you can easily lock yourself out if carrying multiple luggage in or out of the room."

"Whilst the rooms are compact, the bed was very comfortable! No iron but they have a hairdryer and a small fridge. Blinds, lighting, TV etc are all controlled by the iPad/app which worked most of the time. The air conditioning/heating is centrally managed so we were very hot in our room (even though it was approx 20 degrees Celsius outside) as the AC was not turned on. Not sure what the room would be like on warmer days - I’d hate to have no AC on a 30 degree day!! We stayed in a room with a view...

"What a fantastic hotel! I decided to treat myself and it was beyond worth the money. I arrived early and wanted to know if I could either check in early or leave my luggage for a bit. The staff on reception were so friendly, they allowed me to check in early for free! As I use double crutches I was asked if I wanted a room on ground floor or closer to the lift (I was in executive room which are located on 4th floor).
