“We look at the page to see the new year's activities in the room But we were shown the street room and couldn't see the Times Square New Year's Eve event at all. We asked for a room change and we had to pay more. We later paid more to get us another room. Will not book this hotel again.”

“The room was super cute and clean. We did wish there was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room but we made due. The room did provide a hair dryer and a garment steamer which was useful and a nice touch. Although the room was on the small side we slept 3 comfortably. There was lots of nice and innovative space saving tricks like the hangable table and chairs....the wall hooks truly came in handy as well as the deep window sill. The staff was friendly and they opened the door for you……
