“We had a wonderful stay at this whimsical little getaway! It was very cute and well stocked. Our kids really loved the little rock slide in the creek, the hot tub, and the place had great toys and books out for our use. Chimney Rock and Lake Lure are less than 15 minutes away! Our only complaint was it wasn’t quite as clean as we’d hoped. There was evidence that the shams in the master were not cleaned before our arrival and some of the kitchen items were a little dirty (there is no dishwasher……

“We ate breakfast every morning on the back deck with our dog, Magnus. Trails galore to walk him on. The ones with rushing water beside them were so calming. After our walks, the hanging chairs on the front porch were a dream to hang out in with a cool drink and my Nintendo Switch. For dinners with a big dog; we were able to eat at the Lake House Restaurant on the lower deck where the boat slips are, at the Highland we were able to walk him through and eat on the back deck, and behind the Tiki……

“Wonderful, clean, relaxing and secluded cabin. This place was perfect for our stay, we felt close to everything but also very secluded when we wanted to relax. We had our young child with us and they provided excellent amenities like a baby gate, portable crib and high chair, that made our trip easy! There was also plenty of room for our family and friends to come gather and share a meal. Loved the porch! We would definitely stay here again!”

“The round house was a perfect escape for our 30 year anniversary. The owner has thought of everything and created a beautiful space both inside and outside. Love the grounds with decades of quality landscaping and the privacy it afforded. So close to Asheville and yet remote and private. Thank you for everything!”

“This is a great property. It was very clean and we enjoy being in the woods. We went to Asheville, Brevard, Black Mountain and the Sierra Nevada Brewery and all were not very far from this location. We will stay here again. This was our 2nd time at this location on this stay.”
