“Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. “The condo was awesome - check in super easy. Close enough to walk everywhere - trails, hiking, shopping”

“Not too much to say because we were only there one evening. But overall it was acceptable. Pool was an awesome temperature, at approximately 83 degrees celsius. The outdoor hot tub jets didn't work but sgain the temperature was nice. The inside hot tub jets worked and it was excellent.”

“We enjoyed the condo itself. All was clean and everything one would need was provided. Nice layout and other than a couple of burnt out light bulbs and the remote for the living fireplace, everything worked well. (There were instructions for the remote, but I suspect the battery was dead…the bedroom fireplace worked fine). We had a hiccup getting in. We received a reminder email about the entry code, and included was a number to call if there were any questions. I did call and after several……

“The room was clean and big. The location is very close to the town area. The reception of this hotel is not 24/7 and it opens in the late morning (at 9am) and close at 5-8pm depending on the day. We arrived late on the first day and found out the reception was closed! It was quite scary as foreign travelers. However, we had a local sim card and found out that they had already emailed us the instruction to get into our room. So don't panic if the reception is closed when you arrive.”

“This property was a really nice get away. Central and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go on foot. Regan was great to talk to and the check in process was seamless. The rooftop hot tubs were a highlight!”

The location was alright. It took about 15-20 minutes to walk into downtown Canmore. The northern lights were spectacular while we were in Canmore.”

“Place need more care and cleanliness. Need to be dusted every where. Dishwasher was leaking, washing machine had a problem with the door and there was only two wine glass. Beside that the rest was ok.”

“Excellent condo with diverse option for sleep arrangements. Den with Murphy bed got pretty toasty at night and kitchen could use a few things such as sheet pans to make cooking a bit easier. Hot tub was great to have in the suite and facility pool, waterslide, and hot tub were good for kids.”
