“Recommended this good quality hotel, I stayed for 3 nights, there is no refrigerator in the room, the service and facilities are very good.”

“For £33 I couldnt really complain! Was suprised at the rooms they were new clean however I was solo and had a twin room (only option available to book) and the room size would be a tight squeeze for two people with luggage etc but I only needed somewhere to stay for the night as I was up and checked out early. Central location. Easy to find and get into cardiff city centre. ”

“Free parking, Beds are good, condition of hotel needs upgrading , a good public path needed to get to the bay ”

“酒店整體整潔、舒適，但行李要自己搬運，如果沒有駕車去，由前門進入是沒有斜板，要抬行李上落樓級，酒店有一部升降台，酒店職員拒絕讓我們使用，說是給輪椅用的。我媽已七十多歲，得我一個女人搬2大l小行李箱，差點滾下樓梯。”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“My husband and myself stayed at the angel , was clean but could of done with an upgrade to furniture, breakfast was lovely, and we will most definitely stay again”

“The service was exceptional from beginning to end of the stay. On arrival despite a panic alarm having been sounded elsewhere in the property the staff member was calm, professional and friendly throughout. Special mention to the Starbucks staff who greeted us with a warm friendliness on the two occasions we visited. Overall excellent hotel. ”

“This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.”

“Hotel is located in city centre with bright nightlife with restaurants and shops nearby, but parking is a big problems though you may park at central station. Room is clean but facilities are old, better with updated renovation.”

“Really beautiful hotel. Decor some of the best I’ve seen for a hotel, beautiful and stylish. The spa area was small but gorgeous. Staff were really friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. Didn’t give full marks because - additional payment for outdoor pool (!£25) seems a bit money grabbing on top of the room rate. - related to this limited hours in spa for people staying at hotel detracted from experience - no gym. Found that a bit odd for a place otherwise set up for wellness . Just……

“The view is marvellous. There was Bonfire night in Cardiff, we can see beautiful firework in the room. ”

“The Coal Exchange is a beautiful old building with gorgeous ceilings and dark wood throughout. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. The place could use an update (pretty dusty, old paint, the wifi didnt work? But it served our needs. The restaurant is fabulous!”
