“A tornado came through on Saturday night and CHELSEA, one of the employees, went over and above to make sure guests were kept informed and were safe. She made sure all outside doors were secure and quickly spread drop cloths near the doors that were letting in rain. This was all whilst there was no power. AND…she kept apologizing for the mess! She has my vote for employee of the month/year! ”

“Check-in was pleasant but the hotel itself seemed a little run down. Elevators were jerky. One of the lights in our room didn’t work and there was a wet wash cloth slung over the top of the shower curtain that wasn’t ours.”

“This Four Points of Bentonville, AR is amazingly beautiful, inviting and very clean. The staff is friendly and work with urgency. My room was spacious and very clean, I could even walk around barefoot in my room. Will most definitely stay again when in town for work purposes. ”

“Excellent check in experience - friendly young man at the counter. The only downside was the tornado warning. However the staff were professional and knew what to do, which is a feat at 1:45 AM... Power was out all night as a result, but that's obviously out of their control. 10/ best hotel for waiting out a tornado.”

“The room was fine. The facilities were fine. No problems. The staff - I called for a late checkin (noon) and they said that was fine. Then at 11:19 a cleaning lady knocked. I said, "I need a few minutes. I'm not dressed" and she kept trying to come in. I yelled that I wasn't dressed and she opened the door (the chain was on) and she kept yelling at me that it was after 11. I was almost completely naked and i kept yelling that I'm not dressed and I got a late check out. I was mortified. She just……

“The staff at check- in was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Then, we had to unexpectedly check out at 2:00 in the morning, and, again the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were well supplied with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee. Unfortunately, the hair dryer did not work, not did the vent fan on the bathroom. The bedspreads seemed like they haven't been cleaned in a while, but the sheets seemed clean and fresh, and there were some questionable stains on the……

“It was under renovation, but my room was clean. The TV didn't work but was fixed a couple of hours after check-in. Good location. ”

“For an older building, it was in remarkable shape. Rooms clean and i was suprised by having a kitchenette. Little noisy but it was iff I49.... overall i am satisfied and will probably use again end of month”

“Updated quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Huge TV. Cooked to order breakfast was great but not included but reasonably priced. Close to Arvest baseball stadium and interstate highway. Extremely friendly staff, especially the general manager. The location was perfect for what I had planned.”
