"This was our third visit. It is a perfect spot right on the banks of the Juniata. It is not a far drive for biking the local HB&T Trail, Abandoned PA Turnpike and a little further away is the Lower Trail. Also several shops and restaurants in Everett and Bedford. This is a cozy, rustic getaway that we have come to very much like. Susan is the perfect host!"

The hosts do an amazing job of having everything ready for you, including having kindling in the fire pits for you. Would definitely stay here again."

"Our stay at the cabins was just what we had hoped for and more! Cabins and property were extremely clean and well-kept and everything provided as listed. The kayaks and tubes on the creek were a big hit! Loved sitting on the porches in the morning and just listening to the birds and watching deer and chipmunks the sitting by a campfire at night. The hosts were extremely kind, generous, quickly responsive and made the stay all the better. Would love to go back!"

We loved canoeing and swimming with our dog in a branch of the Juniata River that flowed by mere steps from the porch, biking on the nearby historic Rail Trail, and grilling on the deck set high in the canopy of the surrounding forest. The cabin was very clean, plenty of towels, sheets and the kitchen was very well equipped with plates, bowls, mugs, cups and pans. The area is very peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was A M A Z I N G; so was the old roman bath house, just a few minutes away. We highly recommend this small town with friendly locals and beautiful scenery."

"I surprised my partner with a weekend getaway for his birthday to this little cabin. Even though it rained all weekend, we loved every second here. The covered/screened in porch made it still possible to sit outside, and the view waking up in the morning was just so pretty. The super long driveway was nice to take a walk down as well. Perfect place to unwind. It was clean, and comfortable."
