“Love the house. The property is amazing. The layout of the home was great! The ONLY issues were the hot water- it doesn’t last long AND there was a leak coming from the range hood so we just kept a pot on the stove to catch the water. The community pool was amazing. “WOW! This incredible villa right on the beach was a once in a lifetime experience to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday with our whole family. The views were simply amazing and the house was even more impressive than imagined. There were 7 adults and more than enough room for everyone. “This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults for our 9 night stay. We’d been to Puerto Morelos twice before (2005 & 2008) when our kids were young. They are now young adults (24 & 27) with lovely partners and we wanted to celebrate the university graduation of the younger pair as well as get together with our daughter and her boyfriend who live and work in the UK. The house was just great for our occasion. Each bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite so each couple had their own space.……

“The listing did not show the front of the house. We tought maybe the inside was better . It wasn't the case. The floor was dirty, the house in general dusty, the fridge very sticky on the outside, the inside had leftover food. Very old appliances and not throughly cleaned. The house was extremely hot, the A/C units and the fans where turned off and it took a long time to get comfortable. But more than anything what bothered us more was that there where 2 rooms locked up, with no explanation,……

“It’s a total scam the the king size bed is two síngal beds in one! The locating is not we’re they say it was. It’s old and outdated place. Cockroaches everywhere and place in no good don’t recommend ”
