“No había aire acondicionado en los restaurantes, la comida no era muy higiénica, el personal en los restaurantes no era muy amable y además hacía demasiado calor en todos los restaurantes. El show era súper lindo pero hacía demasiado calor donde era el lugar del show. A las instalaciones les hace falta mucho mantenimiento y el zarpazo en la playa era horrible, además que no lo recogían y el olor era nauseabundo. ”

“Pros: Food is amazing!! Property feels safe, tranquil and very relaxing. Cenote room is private and very unique. Grounds are fun to walk and well taken care of. The spa was nice even if you don’t pay for a treatment. Cons: Room could’ve been cleaner. No dinning options with A/C. Facilities are showing age. Beach not good; rocks hiding underwater. Gift shop wants $37 dollars for a normal sized sunscreen. I went across the street and got two for $34. ”
