"The guest house was conveniently located to Rt 86, yet was very remote and quiet. This was our first stay at a Vrbo, and check-in/out and the stay went smoothly. The living area was spacious and clean. The bed was against the wall on one side and the mattress seemed a bit slanted, otherwise it was comfortable. "Perfect quaint apartment that’s hidden in the trees yet still very close to town and just a walk to the lake. For someone who loves the woods and the beach, this location is for you. "This cabin was just what we wanted! Close to Jamestown and Bemus Point for sightseeing. Short drive to Long Point State Park, where we went fishing. The cabin was so peaceful and clean. Nice big dining table and chairs for meals and games. Easy parking. Drawbacks- steep, narrow staircase to beds and bathroom. Several uneven thresholds. These can trip even the careful. I don’t think I would recommend for elderly or small children because of stairs. That being said, the place had old fashioned charm with modern comforts."
