“The breakfast was excellent, shuttle service great, and the staff courteous. However, we had a non-working fridge for 2 days before it was replaced, the pool was being repaired so it couldn't be used, there was nothing available around the area, and although our room was non smoking the room next to ours wasn't and the smoke permeated our room every night causing our allergies to flair up and not allowing us to get a good night's sleep.”

“Overall our stay was great. The staff was friendly any time we encountered them, and while the building is a bit older it is well kept and tidy. The only complaint we had was that the pillows on both beds were incredibly soft throw pillows, not standard size or with any kind of stability for your head. Otherwise, this is a location we'd definitely stay at again, we'd just bring our own pillows next time. ”

“The signs for the hotel ( courtyard Marriott) were not visible from Vine street so we went right past the hotel and it’s so close to the Westin people get it confused with the Marriott. Upgrade the signage on 4th and vine and make the parking situation with valet only apparent when you make the reservation ”
