"early check in by Rojina carried out in a quick efficient friendly manner and 7th floor room overlooking park appreciated- however, as I went to the single lift serving floor 7 a couple with exceptionally heavy luggage were wrecking it which meant a climb from 6th each time for the whole of my stay! single room was spacious with opening window (no a/c so hot when sun out in afternoon) quiet despite busy traffic comfy bed great breakfast- convenient for tube and bus - recommended "

Firstly the fire-door down the hall would announce the comings and goings or hotel guests with a bang, at all hours of the night which didn't help us sleep. "Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"
