“From checking in to checking out my family of 5 had a wonderful visit. For us the food was very good, from the buffet and especially the Italian restaurant. The staff were all friendly. The bartenders at the swim up pool were mazing, especially the Alberto’s at the relaxing pool. Would recommend this resort and definitely would go back! This is an adult only resort and going here you need to understand that going in. We had a great time!”

“Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. “We loved staying at this property for the food options, the beach was clean, and the drinks were flowing. Our only complaint was how loud our room was. We were located right next to the janitorial room/maintenance room and they were loud from 7am-5pm. This was a swim up jr suite. We got about 2 hours of quiet before the band started up and went from 8:00-11:00pm. On the plus side we never needed music while sitting at the pool because there was always some playing. ”

"En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten atención a las señales de no molestar colocadas por los huéspedes."

"喜欢这家度假村的多样性，无论是吃的，玩的，住的都很好。设计方面也很特别，大堂去到房间的路上也设计得很好，路上有很多餐馆和上商店。不好的在于高峰期的时候等车要等很久，里面太大了，没车走路真的又累又热。不过条件允许的话租个高尔夫小车出行还是很方便的。"
