“I stayed in barcelo Cancun which was much better than barcelo puerto Vallarta. However, it’s cheaper to stay in PV barcelo. You got what you paid for!”

“El hotel ya tiene sus años pero está muy bien conservado. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y la atención es muy agradable. Las albercas están geniales y climatizadas. Sobre la comida y bebidas puedo decir que es uno de los mejores hoteles en este rubro, la comida es deliciosa desde el desayuno hasta la cena y las bebidas de calidad. El punto negativo se lo pondría en los baños porque solo hay unos en el centro del hotel y a veces es mucho caminar si estás en la alberca o restaurante. El otro……

“Amazing staff as always!”

“The property itself is very lovely. Every room is Ocean view and a decent size. I did have a I did have an issue with the leak in the ceiling from the AC in my room. took a little bit more effort then I’d like to fix @10pm. The hotel staff is really nice and pleasant everyone speaks to you as you walk around the property. The food was pretty good. Nothing was terrible, but nothing was amazing! But that’s kind of what’s expected for an all inclusive resort. But everything was pretty to look at.……

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“Our stay was nothing short of fantastic. We got the upgrade to the altitude and it was the best time we’ve had in an all inclusive resort. It’s well worth it to do the upgrade to the altitude. The staff was friendly, the entertainment was perfect. We will definitely go back in the near future.”

“The hotel is an older property, but they keep nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay, especially sleeping on their king size beds. The bathroom is dated, but it served it's purpose. The maids always kept my room nice and clean and never messed with the air conditioning in my room. They never touched any of my stuff. I loved my stay. Will stay here again and again if possible.”
