“This was my first time staying at this hotel and I have to admit that I will be coming back next time I’m in Guadalajara. The property is super clean, has amazing customer service and the location is within walking distance for everything in Guadalajara Centro. At first I thought I needed a taxi to get around downtown and I was wrong. I definitely recommend this hotel, they have security at the door all day which made us feel safe. If I was to give something negative about my review, it will……

“Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay.”

“Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . ”
