“Loved every minute of our stay, I wish I could stay 2 more days!”

The RIU Vallarta has everything one could want to experience on site and an app that keeps you up to date on daily activities, restaurant menu and entertainment. The staff is hospitable and remember your name. ”

“As a family of 4 we had an amazing time doing all inclusive and look forward to going back next year! This resort is super family friendly with so many activities and great pools for all ages. Here are some tips: We enjoyed the buffet, lots of options for fresh fruits and veggies, plus made to order options at each meal like omelettes, custom tacos/fajitas. Restaurant near kids pool is basic, but great for a quick meal after swimming. The buffet has vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options……

“Our 3rd time staying at this resort and it gets better every time! All staff members are extremely helpful and accommodating. Armando and Hugo are two staff members that went above and beyond. Great location! The marina is right across the street which has many restaurants and shops. Plenty of onsite dining options for those that don't like to venture off. ”

“La habitación apartada y pagada era doble(dos camas matrimoniales) al llegar nos dieron una habitación de una cama matrimonial y un sofá cama muy incomodo y ruidoso. Nos dijeron que estaba saturados y que ellos no comprometían las habitaciones.”

“Only negatives i have for the property is that our bed was way too hard for my tastes. And that breakfest buffet on the adult only side was not open so we had to deal with kids first thing inbthe morning. Other then those two the resort was phenomenal. ”

“Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. I enjoyed practicing my spanish with him. We had drinks at the Hotel Mousai and was served by Victor. Victor was extremely friendly as well and was able to answer many of our questions about……

“Nothing wrong with the property...beautiful facility. Food quality and service were amazing. Drinks were incredibly overpriced ($9 for a boxed water, cocktails too). Overall value was decent, but would likely stay elsewhere if i ever went to mexico again (prices in mexico have significantly increased)”

They were very attentive and the concierge was great as well. The onsite Dr was nice but needed to be clear on basic payment practices. Lots of room for improvement on her part.
