“The staff were simply amazing. Room was super clean. Perfect location between Old Montreal and St Catherine’s. I’ll say it again, THE STAFF WERE AMAZING. I asked for directions, recommendations etc everyday of my trip. Unbelievable how friendly they all were. Definitely staying here again ”

“the hotel didn't put hair dryer at my room in accident. when I asked reception lady, she told me the house keeping is off and the hotel doesn't have spare one. it's really bad experience.... ”

“Generally enjoyed the stay, but the room had old water damage that was very visible. A shame they didnt even bother repainting the baseboards. Staff and cleanliness were good though, just the room condition took away from the experience. ”

“We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!”
