“The staff at the property were friendly and efficient. Everything was clean and in working order. The rooms were very quiet which was wonderful for a good night of sleep. We did not have an opportunity to enjoy the free food and beverages but everyone else seemed to be having a great time! We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.”

“View from window was of next door truck stop. Friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better and lacked flavor. No room services for 3 day stay. We had a large pile of towels for 4 guests and had to ask for new towels each day.”

“My wife and I plus our dog have a very pleasant stay at Springhill Suites by Marriott Richmond North/Glen Allen. All the staff were fantastic and I like to specially acknowledge Carter, the front desk staff. He is very service oriented, knowledgeable and polite making our stay enjoyable!”

“Property is back in an industrial park area but beside a bass pro shop. There are a lot of good dining options but they are about 5-10 minutes from the hotel. ”

“The hotel was very clean. It looks new, even though I am not sure how old it was. The location was great, for me. Assess to a lot of familiar stores and in a location were there was not a lot of traffic and speeding. Very important to me, especially when I am in a new area. I would revisit.”

“Breakfast service was horrible. Only 2 tables Were busy and we waited 45 min for our breakfast and finally cancelled because we still never got it and we had to go!! ”

“Front desk was frequently unmanned. Chlorine smell from the pool was very strong No local channels on the tv very rigid bed with creaking noises on any movement Breakfast was decent and the room was clean.”
