“Great staff. Left my Fitbit at the pool. Went to guest services next morning and it was there!”

“The rooms were very clean but could use some updating. Pool didn't look inviting. Looked a little on the green side. Otherwise the stay was pleasant and love the parking convenience.”

“All was good, if you are going to the convention center this place is perfect. Beach is another story, a slight walk. Elevators were not good though. One broke while I was there for my one night. The other 2 you could press your floor and the elevator would forget, one moment you're going up, then all of a sudden down and you have to repress the button. One of the rides I just got off so I didn't get stuck. Woke up the next morning to see one of them out of order.”

“Rooms are a good size (we had the king size bed room). The few good things about the room: the bathroom is spacious, the kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking supplies, there is a laundry available per unit, and both the location and price are decent. The location is convenient to major sites like Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Jamestown. The bad things - the bed is uncomfortable and the couch is ancient and flat when sat on. During our stay, the entry way shows signs of water……

“Fort Magruder has the best deal for Williamsburg, hands down. We go monthly to go to Busch Gardens and Water Country—perfect location for both parks. It’s not the fanciest, but the front desk folks are friendly, the breakfast is included, and rest is had. ”

“The location of Ocean Key Resort is great. The beach is a 4 minute walk. It is located at the southern end of the boardwalk so it is a bit quiet The accommodation are nice. The staff qas very friendly and willing to assist when needed. ”

“My stay was as I expected. I always clean and disinfectant my hotel room wherever I go, so it was clean enough at arrival. Staff was friendly, nice amenities, convenient to dozens of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed ourselves. Nothing was extraordinary or standout. I did appreciate the option for late check out because we were exhausted.”

“The staff at the front desk were great. The area surrounding the property had quite a few homeless people, especially in the parking garage. The view from our patio was quite pleasant seeing the ocean and only walking about 50 ft to the beach.”

“The property and room was clean. Parking was amazing. The bed was very comfortable too. Cons - The toilet ran nonstop. The soap was out. When I advised the front desk, i was told housekeeping would replace it when they came in but he wrote down my room and out of soap on a piece of paper. When I came back 4 hours later, I was told housekeeping comes every other day and I could replace it myself. ”

“If you're staying in Hampton Roads and just want a clean place with a free decent breakfast that won't break the bank, this is it. Far cry from previous ownership.”
