Staff female member with the braces was quite rude to all of us and threatened to kick us out before we even got into the hotel because apparently we were “making too much noise” getting out of the car at 3:30 pm in the afternoon.also the next morning she was rude when we didn’t even say anything to her. Not much selection of food at the buffet

There's a few restaurants behind the hotel. Quite noisy though during the day because it's on the main road.

The property was very clean and the room was comfortable, but when we arrived two of the three elevators didn't work and when we checked out all three elevators were not working. Our room was in the fourth floor and there was no hotel staff to help us carry out luggage down 4 flights of stairs. I have a heart condition and cannot walk up 4 flights and certainly cannot carry heavy luggage down again. This is unacceptable. Will not book at this hotel again.
