"Very pleased with my stay. The Manager upgraded our room for being members which was a pleasant surprise. Quiet room, very comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking garage is connected by a skywalk which felt safe and secure. Two restaurants below the hotel and walkable to many points of interest such as Van Andel and Intersection. Small outdoor patio area with a fireplace and ample seating. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Overall I would stay here again! "

"We had a great stay at this property with our grandsons while we visited downtown Grand Rapids, took in a show at the DeVos place. The location was convenient to many restaurants, venues and events. Parking was connected as well. The only complaint I would have is that the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. I understand that this is a preference - a bit of a pillowtop would be nice. It really was a good experience for us - thank you!"

"The hotel was nice, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. However my only one complaint was that they don’t have a mini refrigerator. They have what’s called a cooling drawer that wasn’t even cold. I’m not sure what the purpose of that was. So I had to make my own makeshift cooler to help store my daughters milk. "

Only had a nightstand on one side of the bed and we weren’t able to find anyone at the front desk when we checked out (this was undoubtedly due to the fact that there was a power outage, so it did not upset me).
