I had a problem with one of the bathroom light switches and after notifying the staff, they sent a repair tech immediately. I would definitely stay here again and king size bed was extremely comfortable! Close proximity to downtown Lake Geneva, other stores and attractions via car. "

Staff is always so accommodating. The Patio - Lakeside Room is the best! I have stayed here (3) times & have always love my stay."

"It started off with some glitches. I paid for an add on for a birthday except the day before our arrival I had not heard from anyone for the name of the birthday person or color of balloons. Check in went smoothly. When we got to our room one of the bedrooms ac wasn’t working so had to call in that. The bathroom sink didn’t drain had to use a butter knife and when we went to run the dishwasher on our departure the whole dishwasher moved out of its space. So they definitely need to do some maintenance. The water park was very nice and we ate at Moose & Maple and the food was really good."
