"We rented this house for a short visit for the 2024 solar eclipse. Had a great view of the sun over Lake Champlain! The house was perfect for my wife and me with our 20 month old toddler - just needed a baby gate to keep her from dashing up to the loft."

"This is a beautiful house in a idylic location. Our three couples had a comfortable, enjoyable stay - stunning sunsets, water access and nearby bike trails. We are giving five stars because of the property. We should take off points for the manager, but were so impressed with both the home and the location, it would not be fair the owners to present anything less than five stars. "We stayed here for the total eclipse in 2024. We had three families and the place was great. We want to come back and explore, there were so many interesting places we didn't have time to see."

"Really nice space at an affordable price. Kitchen and game room were awesome, check-in/out super easy. Longer drive to Stowe than we thought because Smuggler's Notch was closed. Master bedroom shower faucet was out but hopefully that's been fixed."
