“We rented this house for a short visit for the 2024 solar eclipse. Had a great view of the sun over Lake Champlain! The house was perfect for my wife and me with our 20 month old toddler - just needed a baby gate to keep her from dashing up to the loft.”

“I had good communication with the owner but admit was disappointed by the over all experience. For such a high cleaning fee, I did not expect to have to make the beds when I arrived, but did find it was in the fine print. The house is in decent condition, but having the furniture all covered with furniture blankets made it feel cheap. The heating was erratic(hot upstairs and cold down), and I was awakened one night with water noises, which turned out to be a flushing of the water system right……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this modern rustic home. It was welcoming, had great amenities and lots of spaces to hang out. Between the livingroom, deck, loft sitting area and multiple basement spaces there were plenty of places to sit quietly or be together. Morning coffee on the deck or an evening spent playing games and having a movie night were the perfect way to spend our weekend. It was great to have the bonus use of the clubhouse pool and other facilities. We really enjoyed our stay……

“My family really enjoyed this Lake House. The beautiful views of the lake were breathtaking. The house had everything we needed for preparing meals. The kitchen was functional and generally well equipped. The beds in the house were particularly comfortable. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck with perfect views of the lake. The location was great. Lots of wonderful hiking trials in close proximity. My only suggestion to the owners is to give the house a good deep cleaning. Nonetheless,……
