“Overall very good”

“This property was wonderful!!! The house accommodated my large group for our visit to DC. We took a boys mentor group and familes to DC for an educational, cultural, and civics trip. This house was perfect! From the lovely kitchen, and open living space, to the spacious bedrooms and awesome basement with a spectacular gameroom area!! The only complaint we had was the stairs but I brought it the attention of the host and she said she would take care of the problem. We were also unable to work……

“Initially I was impressed until I arrived at the property. I informed the owner we would be having dinner outside so we had tables and chairs delivered. I was given Soooo many rules about who could come where they needed to park and NO ONE could sleep over. Last time I checked I rented the whole house for 48 hours. I am an excellently rated house guest this is my 12th rental. Never have I been given such specific demands for having a dinner. The checkout day they were coming to get the table and……

“As locals, we used this as extra accommodations over the Christmas holidays. The location is excellent to the wonderful feel of historic Alexandria charm and history. The room was wonderful and parking options given by the owner were brilliant. Worked perfectly for our needs!”
