Hotel is clean, friendly staff with free coffee and tea at the lobby area every morning. After 7pm, you need access card to enter the hotel. Nearby the hotel has many food options. The only setback is the path towards the hotel is dirty with daily litters as well as homeless people around the construction area. "

"The Arlo is your classic boutique hotel at the southern end of Soho. Our room was very clean and well appointed, although it was small (the smallest on the floor according to the map on the door). Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff at the front desk was incredibly attentive, polite, and cordial. The location is at the edge of several interesting areas and very conveniently near the Canal St 7th Ave subway stop. We will return again if the opportunity arises!"
