“First off a fair warning that they charge $150 DEPOSIT PER NIGHT!!!!! We were not told about this at all prior to booking just about resort fee and admin fees. I had to place a $750 deposit at arrival for 5 nights. Secondly I requested a late checkout due to a flight delay and was ask to pay $100 extra for 2 hours / checkout is 11am we requested 1pm checkout. Third, a lot of homeless ppl at the 7/11 store right on the property. Forth, this is NOT ocean front but ocean views. Fifth, this……

“Was a good place to stay, very clean, front of the beach and excellent and helpful attention to customers. The only problem is that the entrance to the apartment is to late my recommendation is more less at 2pm since we have to left the apartment at 10:00am. ”

“The condo was very spacious and clean. It said on the site that there was a pull out sofa bed that was not one. I also did not get an email with the door code prior to arriving but was able to get it within the hour of texting the company. Fees were added that were not mentioned. Overall it was a nice place for the price. ”

“Beautiful views from the pool area. Well kept grounds, and updated beautiful units. The only downside we experienced is a lack of elevators for the size of the tower. The waits for elevators often exceeded 20 minutes especially trying to go down in the late morning (around checkout time).”

“The property is way out of maintenance with very poor quality on everything from bedding, bathroom and kitchen. The accommodation is more like a motel. I would never stay in this place again. It a shame for Expedia to advertise this condo as a luxury, a very misleading and potential a fraud to lure the people to stay in this place. Very disappointed.”

“It was everything we expected and more. The room was very clean and looks like ti had a renovation recently. The staff were also amazing. You are litteraly steps to the margaritaville stage.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. A great location, especially if you have kids or are a pool/beach lover yourself. Pool right there on site which is a lovely environment and then just steps away from the beach with lovely sand waves and ocean breeze. It was perfect for my little guy so we could splash in the pool, play n the sand run in the waves but still take breaks for snacks and naps! If we ever return to Ft. Lauderdale , this location for a place to stay will be checked out”
